La Ligue est un organe d\u00e9concentr\u00e9 de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration dont elle doit appliquer et faire appliquer la politique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lecteurs de la Ligue sont les Pr\u00e9sidents de club d&rsquo;\u00e9checs du Grand Est.
